Aaron’s path into tech support doesn’t look like the traditional résumé—and that’s exactly why it works so well here.
Alongside his role with inWorks LLC, Aaron currently serves as the Environmental Projects Manager at Longview Farm in Chester Springs, PA. His day-to-day work is deeply hands-on and systems-oriented: managing complex environments, maintaining buildings and grounds, documenting biodiversity, and creating digital content that helps tell Longview’s story.
It’s a role rooted in observation, documentation, and care.
Those same skills translate directly into thoughtful, reliable technical support—especially for creatives and small business owners who don’t need more jargon or pressure. They need someone who notices patterns, understands context, and approaches problems calmly.
