Meet the Team: Hello From Behind the Scenes
At Longview Farm, we are committed to building and growing community. Besides art|Works, we comprise its parent company inWorks and the Longview Gallery, where art|Works members and fellow artists can come together in person.Â
As we expand our farm offerings and community events, our team is growing. We want to formally introduce ourselves, so you know just who your newsletters are coming from, just who you're reaching out to for assistance, and just who you may run into at a Longview event.Â
Jessi Stead
As the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at art|Works Initiative, Jessi gets to work with our talented team of technology and arts enthusiasts to drive the creative direction and engagement with our artist members.
Jessi is down-to-earth, extremely passionate about community and providing fellow artists with opportunities to succeed. As a new mommy, her favorite things are family time and impromptu garden parties with friends.
Ilya Lehrman
Technology is Ilya's superpower. He enjoys nuance, which is why he likes both technology and martial arts. Ilya grew up in the Soviet Union and moved to the States when he was 16. This created a challenge with adapting to a new culture, helping him develop resiliency.
As co-owner and resident of the farm, he provides direction for all our offerings and provides the space and opportunity to manifest it.
Ricky Eller
Ricky serves as Operations and Technology Support Professional at inWorks, is a founding member of the art|Works Initiative, and crafts design and landscaping solutions for Longview Farm. Ricky has been pivotal in providing business expertise and to ensure our collective success.
Ricky, his husband Hans, and their beloved pets cherish their time together, especially when they're experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or exploring new destinations on their travels.Â
Ryan Tait
Ryan is a technical support specialist who helps with our customers' technology support needs. He has been with inWorks for almost 8 years and really enjoys working with the team.
Ryan is an avid disc golf player and loves going for hikes in the woods whenever he has free time.
Taylor Webb
Taylor works on computers but also enjoys the outdoors. He was raised with an appreciation for the arts, and likes creative problem-solving tasks.
Taylor provides technology support for our customers, focused on power platform development of automations and apps. He also assists with practical tasks around the farm, such as converting the gallery between shows.
Amanda Stauffer
Amanda digs up the most valuable content she can find to share with art|Works members through art|Hub, and hunts down upcoming event and grant opportunities (check the calendars!).
She's a mom, crafter and baker, writer and designer. She loves the ocean, patina on copper, and layer cake, and can be found reading every chance she gets.Â
Leah Harper
Leah is in charge of the Longview Gallery. She researches new artists, builds connections between artists and collectors, and plans and facilitates workshops and other gallery events.
Leah is an artist, specifically a costume designer and amateur tattoo artist. She loves to travel, experience different cultures, and learn new languages.Â
Kelly Mattison
As the Marketing and Events Manager, Kelsey provide marketings and communication support of all kinds for art|Works and The Longview Farm. She helps tell the stories that matter most to the people we serve.
Kelsey spends time connecting with people and our planet, practicing hot yoga, dancing, exploring new places, and cooking and eating great food.Â
You can find more about our team members here. We are looking forward to hosting many events at Longview Farm. We hope you will join us!
